2025年5月14日-5月16日，第4届CIBICS电池产业合作论坛暨第2届电池护照与可持续发展技术研讨会在深圳国际会展中心举办。本次论坛由中国化学与物理电源行业协会主办，普瑞赛思联合中国化学与物理电源行业协会移动电源分会、上海劢择商务服务有限公司共同承办。全球电池联盟（GBA）、联合国贸易便利化与电子商务组织（UN/CEFACT）、德国工业数字孪生体协会（IDTA）、国际锂业协会（ILiA）等国际机构以及宁德时代、亿纬锂能、赣锋锂业等领军企业汇聚一堂，共同探讨电池产业数字化治理与零碳转型的全球解决方案。
From May 14 to 16, 2025, the 4th China International Battery Industry Cooperation Summit and the 2nd Battery Passport & Sustainable Development Technology Seminar were held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The forum was hosted by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources (CIAPS) and jointly organized by Precise Testing Technology, the Mobile Power Supply Branch of CIAPS, and Shanghai Maize Business Services Co., Ltd. International institutions including the Global Battery Alliance (GBA), UN/CEFACT, the Industrial Digital Twin Association (IDTA) of Germany, and the International Lithium Association (ILiA), as well as industry leaders such as CATL, EVE Energy, and Ganfeng Lithium gathered to explore global solutions for digital governance and zero-carbon transformation in the battery industry.
本届论坛围绕“标准与生态建设”、“技术与数据管理”、“ESG与金融价值”等六大议题展开深度研讨。上海环仲律师事务所主任汪峻岭律师、高级合伙人陈珏律师受邀参加了本次论坛。环仲美国加州办公室袁杜娟律师、高级顾问商舒博士则分别以“欧盟ESG争议解决现状与赴欧投资的中国企业应对”和“国际供应链中的ESG合规及法律风险防范”为题，在论坛上作了主旨演讲。
The forum focused on six key topics: "Standards and Ecosystem Development," "Technology and Data Management," and "ESG and Financial Value," among others. Mr. Joseph Wang, Managing Partner of Link & King Law Firm, and Ms. Petra Chen, Senior Partner, were invited to attend the event. Ms. Judy Yuan, at LINK&KING’s California Office, and Dr. Carrie Shang, Senior Advisor, delivered keynote speeches titled “Current Status of ESG Dispute Resolution in the EU and Response of Chinese Enterprises Investing in EU” and “ESG Compliance and Legal Risk Prevention in the International Supply Chains,” respectively.
